The PRISM IT team conducted a one-week workshop last January 22-26, 2018 at International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) to discuss the different updates related with IT. One of the topics discussed was how to improve the PRISM website. Together with the DA RFOs suggestions and comments during the PRISM website usability assessment, the members of the team raised different ways on how to improve each page of the website. Edits in the website were made during the workshop. However, some of the suggestions that needs the Management Team’s approval were noted.

In addition, the team also discussed the updates on migration/mirroring and problems in targeting timeline; AWS hosting transfer to DICT/Vibal group; technical know-how in the website with the webmaster; and manual and terminal report. The IT team also tackled the PRISM-and-PRIME data delineation.
